Technical Support Engineer

As Technical Support Engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring that Videxio’s partners enjoy outstanding technical support. You will be a main point of contact and in charge of communications for technical incidents, as well as driving these to a successful closure.
You will be part of a small, but passionate team, and contribute to build a best-in-class practice around technical support. You will work on an international level, and some travel will be required. And, importantly, you will have a lot of fun in the process!
This position is based in Oslo, Norway. You should already have a work permit that lets you work in this location. (Please note that if you apply from outside Norway, and don't communicate that you have a work permit, your application will not be answered.)
